Job summary

LegalZoom is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own performance and growth across a defined product portfolio. You will shape positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies while collaborating across product, marketing, and sales to drive acquisition and revenue growth.

You will lead pricing rooted in behavioral economics and build AI-powered workflows to scale PMM activities, working in a hybrid remote/on-site setup with preference for candidates in the Los Angeles area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 4 years in Product Marketing
• Experience with direct revenue accountability and hitting growth targets
• Experience driving nationwide campaigns, GTM initiatives, and performance marketing
• Ability to apply consumer insights, research, and testing to shape world-class strategy
• Experience developing pricing strategies leveraging behavioral economics
• Experience with A/B testing, tracking results, and defining next steps
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives
• MBA or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Own performance across your portfolio by building roadmaps, monitoring results, and adjusting plans
• Lead the end-to-end customer journey from first touch to long-term retention
• Establish positioning, packaging, and pricing for your portfolio
• Drive commercialization, campaigns, and cross-sell opportunities
• Develop go-to-market strategies to support product launches
• Understand and analyze the competitive landscape and messaging
• Influence product strategy, testing and roadmaps to optimize position
• Support market research projects to inform pricing, features and messaging
• Create clear claims and messaging for prospective customers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, UX, Sales, Customer Care, PR, Engineering, Legal and BD to ensure great customer experience
• Build AI agents and automated workflows to scale PMM tasks and research
