Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles seeks a Program Supervisor II to lead program staff, oversee services, and ensure contract goals are met on a daily basis. This on-site role requires strong supervision, data quality focus, and collaboration with stakeholders.

You will support the Director with policy implementation, training, and reporting to funders, while maintaining program quality and compliance within VOALA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 12 months of supervisory experience in a social services organization.
• Fingerprint clearance background check is required.
• Experience with HMIS and public funder reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Monitor grant objectives and ensure KPIs are met.
• Maintain participant records with accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with VOALA policies and procedures.
