Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Program Planning Analyst / Scheduler to join the Scheduling Center of Excellence. You will develop and analyze a program IMS, work with Control Account Managers, and ensure schedules meet contractual need dates.

The role offers a 9/80 schedule where available and opportunities for professional development. A Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or 6 years in lieu is required, along with experience using MS Project, Oracle P6,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience or a Master's degree.
Will consider 6 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirement.
Proficiency with scheduling tools: MS Project, Oracle P6, Deltek Open Plan or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Develop program plans and schedules in collaboration with Program Managers, Engineering, and Operations.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze a program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with contractual need dates.
Decompose scope into tasks with Control Account Managers and assess dependencies and critical path impacts.
Develop estimate to complete based on resource requirements and monitor status updates and reports.
