Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Scheduler in Huntsville, AL to join our development programs. You will manage the integrated master schedule, coordinating with finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality to maintain up-to-date plans and IMS alignment.

You will perform schedule risk analyses, critical path verification, and Earned Value Management, driving actions to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant program scheduler experience; or a Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related program scheduler experience; or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related program scheduler experience.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of planning and schedule management.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external customer communication and status.
• Be responsible for oversight of performance to program budgets and communicating necessary adjustments to responsible Cost Account Managers.
• Develop integrated master schedules using SOW and WBS.
• Performs time-phased analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk assessments to assure the capability of the program to meet their commitments.
• Resolve schedule conflicts, develop and implement work-around strategies and tactical alternatives.
• Perform regular analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and enterprise-wide resource needs through the integration of all program schedules.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
