Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks Program Planning and Scheduling Analysts (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our El Segundo team in California. The role focuses on developing the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives, coordinating across functions, and tracking progress with earned value techniques.

Level 3 requires a Bachelor’s with 5 years (or Master’s with 3 years) and the ability to obtain Secret clearance, while Level 4 requires more experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional/military experience or Master's degree with 3+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance in a reasonable time.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance preferred (Level 4).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives.
• Ensure schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Track plans, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and EV tools to gauge progress and identify variances.
