Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in El Segundo, CA is seeking Level 2 or Level 3 Program Planning and Scheduling Analysts to join our scheduling team. You will develop the integrated master plan and master schedule to meet program objectives and ensure cross-functional alignment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or higher) with related experience, ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance, and strong skills in scheduling, risk analysis, and earned value management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of professional/military experience or a Masters degree.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensure major projects and program schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
