Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking a Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (Level 4) to join our team in Palmdale, CA, on-site with travel up to 25%, or in El Segundo/San Diego with up to 50% travel.

This role requires a Secret clearance and strong IMS/EVM experience. The successful candidate will coordinate schedules across finance, engineering, manufacturing and quality, develop IMS in MS Project, and

Qualifications

• Active Government Secret clearance or higher.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access as required by the company.
• Experience with MS Project and development of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and IMS to meet program objectives.
• Ensures schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality.
• Tracks plans, performs risk analysis and resolves critical path conflicts.
• Uses project management techniques (Gantt, PERT, earned value) to gauge progress and identify variances.
