Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in El Segundo, California, seeks Program Planning and Scheduling Analysts (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our scheduling team. You will develop the integrated master plan and ensure cross-functional alignment across finance, engineering, and manufacturing.

Level 2 requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience (or a Master's) and the ability to obtain US government clearance; Level 3 requires more experience.

Qualifications

• Level 2 requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of professional/military experience or a Master’s degree.
• Level 3 requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance in a timely manner.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives.
• Ensure major projects and schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing and quality.
• Track plans, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management to gauge progress and identify variances.
