Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (Level 2) to join our Palmdale, CA team on a 4/10 on-site schedule. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience or a Master’s degree, and an active government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include developing the integrated master plan, tracking schedules, and applying EVMS, Gantt and PERT techniques to manage project performance across functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field (or Master's degree) required.
• Experience in program planning, scheduling, or EVMS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Gantt/PERT charts and earned value management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives.
• Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Uses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts and EVMS to gauge progress and identify variances.
