Job summary

ClearPlan seeks a Program Planning & Control professional to drive scheduling maturity in aerospace/defense projects from Fort Worth. You will lead architecture for program planning, develop integrated master plans, and implement resource-loaded schedules to support both proposals and post-award work.

The role emphasizes Earned Value Management, forecasting, and IPMR reporting, with a focus on DCMA 14-point analysis and schedule health checks. US citizenship/background clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of the Program Planning & Control framework.
• Develop WBS Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and IMS for projects.
• Create Resource Loaded IMS for Proposal projects per scheduling policies.
• Create Baseline Resource Loaded IMS for Post Award projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support Earned Value Management and schedule-cost integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14-Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• Conduct Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Maintain EVMS processes with data tracking.
• Generate IPMR Format 6 reports.
