Job summary

ClearPlan in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced Program Planner/Scheduler to lead architecture of planning and control frameworks, and to develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules for DoD contracting projects.

The role requires hands-on use of MS Project or Open Plan, EVMS implementation, and ability to perform schedule health checks, critical path analyses, and IPMR reporting; you’ll join a growing team with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Program Planner/Scheduler on DoD contracts.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project or Open Plan.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• Ability to develop and baseline IMS/WBS/IMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of the Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/Integrated Master Plan).
• Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for proposal projects.
• Develop/baseline Resource Loaded IMS for post-award projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support implementation of EVMS and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14-Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• Perform Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Maintain EVMS processes with data tracking and analysis.
• Generate IPMR Format 6 reports.
