Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in program planning and scheduling using MS Project or Open Plan, including DoD contracting experience. The role requires 25% travel to client sites across the United States and may involve security clearance considerations.

Successful candidates will support DoD projects through all acquisition phases, including proposal, development, production, and sustainment, and will work with Fortune 500 clients to ensure schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in Program Management and Government Compliance Audits in DoD contracting.
• EVMS experience across proposal, development, production and sustainment phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/IMP).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for proposals and post-award projects.
• Support EVMS implementation and data tracking.
• Maintain IMS and forecast timelines.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and SRAs.
