Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning and Scheduling for DoD contracting. The role entails leading WBS/IMS architecture, developing resource-loaded schedules, and ensuring EVMS and schedule integration across proposal, development, production and sustainment phases.

Travel to client sites across the U.S. is expected at approximately 25% of time; US citizenship is required, and an active security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Program Planning/Scheduling in DoD contracting environments.
• Knowledge of EVMS and cost/schedule integration.
• Familiarity with DCMA 14 Point Analysis and SRAs.
• Experience supporting DoD programs across acquisition phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS / Integrated Master Plan).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for proposals and post award projects.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Support implementation of EVMS and cost/schedule integration.
