Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning and Scheduling using MS Project or Open Plan, including DoD contracting experience. Travel to DoD client sites nationwide is required. U.S. citizenship is required, and security clearance is preferred.

You will lead scheduling architecture, develop IMS, support EVMS and schedule health checks across Fortune 500 DoD programs, with opportunities across development, production and sustainment phases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in program planning and scheduling in defense-focused projects.
• Experience with DoD contracting and related compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and DCMA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of the Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/IMP).
• Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for proposal projects.
• Baseline and maintain IMS for post-award projects per DI-MGMT-81861 guidance.
• Support implementation of EVMS and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain IMS and forecast data; conduct DCMA 14-point analysis.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analyses (SRAs) and related health checks.
