Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Program Planner to support the Strategic Communications portfolio within the Resilient Connectivity Products group. You will develop, maintain, and evaluate IMS performance, collaborating with scheduling SMEs, program managers, and technical leads to ensure predictive insights and successful contract execution.

The role requires strong analytical and data-driven capabilities, with experience in EVMS and adherence to government requirements.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
U.S. Citizen – U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.
Experience scheduling in engineering or manufacturing environments.
Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan or similar.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) compliant with government and corporate requirements.
Assist with planning and cost estimation; prepare reports to ensure on-time commitments.
Prepare weekly/monthly program schedule review packages and CDRL data submittals.
Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and variance analysis.
Incorporate contractual changes into the IMS and support time-zone specific scheduling needs.
