Job summary

RTX is seeking a program planning professional to develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex programs within the Advance Technology directorate. The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure realistic baselines and timely updates.

The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Project, EVMS, and cost/schedule integration, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and minimum of 2 years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or PM experience.
• Experience using scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Onsite support to develop and maintain the IMS in MS Project based on customer requirements.
• Plan and maintain the IMS through the program lifecycle with contractual changes.
• Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements throughout all phases.
• Resource-load the IMS with target budgets and ensure cost/schedule integration.
• Perform detailed IMS analysis and communicate schedule status to leadership and customers.
