Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Controls Analyst to join the Program Planning & Controls team in support of DoD, NASA, and commercial programs.

You will manage cost-schedule integration, develop baselines, and drive performance measurement across a dynamic portfolio, ensuring EVMS compliance where required. You’ll work with corporate finance and project teams, helping translate forecasts into actionable insights and leading tool transitions to ForProject and Empower.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning in aerospace/defense.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in program cost control, performance measurement, and EV analysis in aerospace or defense.
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting in a programmatic context.
• Proficiency in Excel, cost reporting tools, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of EVM and ANSI/EIA-748.
• Clear communication with technical and finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned to the program schedule.
• Support PMB development and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
• Prepare and analyze performance metrics: BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, variances, and EAC.
• Collaborate on cost-schedule integration and EVMS reporting.
• Interface with corporate finance to align reporting with financial planning.
• Ensure program tools meet financial reporting and forecasting needs.
• Interface with Program Managers, CAMs, Engineering, Contracts, and Procurement to develop ETC.
• Monitor and report program performance using KPIs and dashboards.
• Support proposal development with cost volumes and BOEs.
• Support internal/customer reviews including PMRs and data calls.
• Contribute to improving cost control processes and tool integrations.
• Collaborate to drive training and develop EVM policy and tool implementation.
