Job summary

Braven is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Program Operations to support the Dallas region. The role focuses on coordinating logistics for the Leadership Accelerator, managing in-person and Zoom sessions, and delivering timely communications across Fellows and partners.

You will work with UNT and local campuses, ensuring smooth operations and strong stakeholder relationships. The role includes recruiting support, campus events, and project coordination with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proactive and service‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for Braven’s Career and Leadership Accelerator across sections.
• Provide live Zoom support and manage breakout rooms during Learning Lab sessions.
• Prepare weekly Fellow communications and stakeholder updates with accurate links and region announcements.
• Manage site inbox and operations calendar; track attendance and provide feedback for program improvement.
• Support recruitment events and campus activations; assist with internships and partner engagements.
