Job summary

Braven, Inc. seeks a Senior Coordinator, Workforce Development for the Atlanta region. The role is hybrid in Atlanta and focuses on connecting Fellows with internships and jobs, supporting data systems, and coordinating campus partnerships to improve post-college outcomes.

You will work with the Associate Director to meet internship and employment goals, engage Fellows, and support events on campus. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G-Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Data Maintenance & Knowledge Rate Support: collect and record Fellow career data.
• Source, track, and promote high-quality internships and jobs.
• Fellow Engagement & Event Support: assist with events and Learning Labs.
• On-the-Ground Support: in-person assistance during Fellow events and workshops.
