Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking a program representative in Connecticut to support tracking of CLIN1000 financial performance and coordinate with design, engineering, and finance teams.

The role requires working with program managers to manage cost to complete for remaining scope, understand contracts, and guide proper charging for remaining work. Occasional work from home is available as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years of Contract experience working with Program Office, Design, Engineering, and Program Finance
• Experience in Project management, team leadership, and resource planning

Responsibilities

• Acting as the point of contact for financial performance status, providing reports to the Design Program Office Director and EB senior management
• Participating in a highly functional, interdisciplinary task team that adheres to quality, cost, and schedule requirements
• Preparation and leading meetings to assess progress, challenges, and resolution plans for manpower and remaining work
• Creating and analyzing program metrics, identifying issues and driving required corrective actions
• Resolving technical and funding issues to ensure programmatic roadblocks are removed
