Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in program or engineering project management is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution, budgeting, and performance tracking for the department.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis using earned value management and Agile methods.
• Coordinate resource-loaded schedules and ensure cost and schedule alignment.
• Partner with engineering leads to develop integrated master schedules and tasking.
• Maintain staffing, estimating, scheduling, and task definition to support execution.
• Track subcontractor and vendor performance and support technical evaluations.
