Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in program or engineering project management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project estimating, budget management and performance tracking.
• Develop metrics, data dashboards, and trend analysis using earned value management and Agile techniques.
• Control baseline changes and manage schedules to ensure cost and schedule alignment.
• Coordinate with engineering leads to maintain integrated master schedules.
• Enable strong communication with program office and engineering management.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions and track subcontractor performance.
• Maintain manpower plans, forecast demand, and manage labor data.
• Drive department onboarding and self-assessments.
