Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat's Columbia Class Program Office is seeking a program representative to monitor CLIN1000 financial performance, manage cost containment initiatives, and coordinate CLYS tasking. The role involves collaboration with design, engineering, planning, finance, contracts, and PMS397 to ensure successful execution and proper charging for remaining work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
• 5+ years of Contract experience with Program Office, Design, Engineering, and Program Finance.
• Experience in project management, team leadership, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Act as the financial performance point of contact for CLIN1000 with reports to senior management.
• Participate in a cross-functional team ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Lead meetings to assess progress, challenges, and manpower for remaining work.
• Create and analyze program metrics; identify issues and drive corrective actions.
• Resolve technical and funding issues to remove programmatic roadblocks.
