Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive planning and delivery of large-scale water and wastewater programs. The role supports the East Business Unit and can be remote, with travel to customer sites and local offices as required.

You will lead complex assignments, manage program lifecycle activities, and ensure benefits realization while coordinating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Travel within the Eastern US is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management or related field.
• Experience leading complex projects within water/wastewater sectors preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the Eastern US and work remotely/hybrid as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Apply program management services across planning, initiation, delivery and closeout.
• Govern program governance, risk, and stakeholder management activities.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables with quality outcomes.
• Drive performance monitoring, benefits realization, and continuous improvements.
• Support sales techniques and customer negotiations as needed.
