Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in project or program management or related field.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
• Program management certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with water and wastewater programs preferred.
• Familiarity with design-build delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex programs and projects.
• Oversee planning, delivery, and closeout across lifecycle phases.
