The role covers program governance, risk and stakeholder management, and continuous improvement across planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout phases. 10+ years in program management is typical.

Qualifications

• Typically, a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in project management or program management.
• Experience delivering complex projects in the water and wastewater sector is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; PM certification or plan to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Leverage our program management services to offer optimal client solutions.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management throughout the lifecycle.
• Plan, initiate, deliver, and close out programs with effective resource coordination.
• Monitor performance, drive benefits realization, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Travel within the territory to client sites and local Brown and Caldwell offices.
