Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering major water and wastewater programs. You will manage governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across integrated client/consultant leadership, ensuring delivery against cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 20+ years experience delivering water/wastewater projects/programs.
• 10+ years leading large water/wastewater programs ($1B+) with traditional and collaborative delivery methods.
• MS in Engineering or MBA.
• PMP / PgMP (PMI).
• Design-Build Professional (DBIA) or Associate DBIA.
• Experience with CMAR/CMGC or Progressive Design-Build is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advising and assisting the client in the development, management, and execution of the program.
• Leading and overseeing the work of a multi-disciplinary client, consultant, and sub-consultant team.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to the client and working as part of an integrated Client/Consultant Leadership Team.
• Overseeing the effective mobilization and setup of the program in conjunction with the Stantec Mobilization Manager.
• Implementation of governance to ensure rigorous project and program management.
• Establishment of performance reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Identifying client needs and programmatic initiatives to address risks and challenges.
• Developing staff through best practices, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Managing consultant services authorizations and contract administration.
