Stantec is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team across water/wastewater programs in the United States. The role focuses on steering complex projects from strategy through delivery, coordinating client/consultant efforts, and ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

You will oversee governance, procurement, and performance reporting while mentoring staff and aligning with client objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field is required.
• 20+ years' delivery experience in water/wastewater projects/programs.
• 10+ years leading large water/wastewater programs ($1B+), CM heavy.
• MS in Engineering or MBA preferred.
• PMP / PgMP certification (PMI).
• DBIA Design-Build Professional or Associate DBIA.
• Experience with collaborative delivery models (CMAR/CMGC, Progressive Design-Build) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Advising and assisting the client in the development, management, and execution of the program.
• Leading and overseeing the work of a multi-disciplinary client, consultant, and sub-consultant team.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to the client and integrated Client/Consultant Leadership Team.
• Overseeing mobilization and setup of the program with the Stantec Mobilization Manager.
• Implementing governance structures for rigorous project and program management.
• Developing performance reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Identifying client needs and programmatic initiatives to mitigate risks.
• Supporting staff development through training and knowledge transfer.
• Managing consultant services authorizations and contract administration.
• Ensuring compliance with internal governance and reporting requirements.
• Reviewing submittals and providing programmatic/technical support.
