• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with milestones, risks, and governance.
• Experience managing external vendors, partners, or providers with SLAs and escalations.
• Strong analytical skills translating program performance into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership in a matrixed organization.
