Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or GED with 4 years of relevant experience; advanced degree (MBA, MPH) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, program development, or related field.
• Experience supporting or managing virtual care, digital health, healthcare navigation, or vendor-enabled healthcare programs.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience managing external vendors, strategic partners, or third-party providers.
• Strong analytical skills to translate program performance and operational metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership with ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
