Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Virtual Care Programs to lead day-to-day operations and cross-functional execution. You will partner with internal stakeholders, strategic vendors, and healthcare providers to support successful implementation and ongoing performance.

You will bring strong business acumen and program management expertise, with understanding of healthcare and digital health to ensure virtual care programs meet member and business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years of relevant experience; MBA/MPH preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, program development, or related field.
• Experience supporting virtual care, digital health, healthcare navigation, or vendor-enabled programs.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience managing external vendors, partners, or third-party providers with governance and SLAs.
• Strong analytical skills translating performance data into actionable recommendations; executive-ready materials.
