Blue Shield of California seeks a Senior Program Manager, Virtual Care Programs to lead day-to-day operations and cross-functional execution for a portfolio of virtual care initiatives. You will partner with internal stakeholders, strategic vendors, and healthcare providers to ensure successful implementation and ongoing performance.

You will bring strong business acumen, program management expertise, and healthcare/digital health understanding to align member and business needs while navigating

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management, program development, or related field
• Experience supporting or managing virtual care, digital health, healthcare navigation, or vendor-enabled programs
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs with milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder communications, and operational readiness
• Experience managing external vendors, strategic partners, or third-party providers, including deliverables, performance, service levels, escalations, and governance
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate program performance and insights into actionable recommendations and executive-ready materials
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills
