Blue Shield of California seeks a Program Manager, Senior, Virtual Care Programs to lead day-to-day operations and cross-functional execution of virtual care initiatives. You will partner with internal stakeholders, strategic vendors, and healthcare providers to ensure successful implementation and ongoing performance.

The role demands strong business acumen, program management expertise, and a deep understanding of healthcare and digital health to align with member and business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree; MBA/MPH preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, program development, or related field.
• Experience supporting virtual care, digital health, or vendor-enabled healthcare programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance.
• Experience managing external vendors or partners, with deliverables and service levels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into executive-ready recommendations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership, influencing stakeholders in a matrixed org.
