Job summary

American GI Forum - National Veterans Outreach Program is seeking a Case Manager for the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP). The role focuses on outreach to eligible homeless veterans, providing benefits information, housing referrals, job training, placement, and follow-up services.

You will maintain detailed case notes and coordinate with program partners to ensure comprehensive support and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years in social services, counseling, job placement, or related field.
• Must have transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Proof of current vehicle liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit MIS data information on client cases.
• Maintain clients’ files with case notes and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with other programs to avoid duplication of services and maximize client benefits.
• Demonstrate sensitivity to veterans’ needs and provide professional care.
