Infleqtion is seeking a Sr. Program Manager of Execution & Staffing Operations within the Quantum Sensing Solutions (QSS) group.

This leader will grow a multidisciplinary technical organization, drive hiring and staffing to meet execution demands, and partner with program leadership across engineering and science disciplines. The role requires strong program management and people leadership, ability to resolve resource conflicts, and experience scaling staffing processes to support rapid growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering/physics.
• 8+ years as a leader or program manager in hardware R&D.
• 5+ years in hiring for deep technical talent.
• Strong leadership and communication across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own functional resource planning and allocation across multiple programs.
• Drive technical hiring from requisition through hire across QSS with HR and program leaders.
• Align engineering capacity, capabilities, priorities, and schedules for current and future programs.
• Identify capability gaps and develop build/hire/partner/outsource strategies.
