This role partners with Analytics, leverages AI, and drives adoption through best practices, mentorship, and scaling talent management to fill global roles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR or business function experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Align team to priorities to execute cyclical and strategic initiatives.
• Build scalable talent management mechanisms to grow and retain critical talent.
• Identify gaps between global and business-specific needs and influence central teams.
• Partner with Analytics to address talent needs using data.
• Leverage generative AI to drive measurable outcomes from data sets.
• Evaluate solutions for quality, impact, scalability and adoption post-launch.
