Job summary

Inflow in Maryland is seeking a Program Manager to oversee contractor personnel on a DoD-related program. You will support analytical, technical, administrative, and security services to enhance operations, with focus on government- contractor coordination.

Requirements include active Top Secret/SCI clearance and a PMP certification. You will manage performance, track requirements, and ensure compliance with government expectations while providing leadership in decision-making and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects/programs.
• Experience with financial and performance monitoring of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Government and Contractor communications.
• Track and document requirements and activities for continuous monitoring and evaluation by Government.
• Ensure contractor performance quality and efficiency.
• Assist Government with financial and business processes for performance requirements.
• Make decisions for the Contractor’s organization in response to Government issues.
• Proactively alert Government to contractual or programmatic/resource issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
