Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management.

• Minimum 5 years in Federal Government enterprise system management.
• Experience managing diverse staff.
• Experience in complete engineering project development life cycle.
• Expertise in managing schedules, resources, and funds.
• Must possess a PMP Certificate.
• Top Secret clearance with FSP required from Day 1.
