Job summary

Nightwing Group is looking for a Program Manager in Lexington Park, MD to be the primary point of contact for Government matters related to contract performance. The role involves managing contractor activities, facilitating communication with the Government, and ensuring project performance aligns with requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance.
• Current Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience managing program or project of comparable size, scope, and complexity within the last 10 years.
• Experience planning and overseeing workforce requirements for similar projects within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government’s primary POC for all contract performance matters.
• Manage, coordinate, and oversee all activities performed by Contractor personnel.
• Facilitate effective communication between the Government and Nightwing.
• Ensure accountability for quality, timeliness, and efficiency of Nightwing's performance.
