Full Visibility LLC is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to lead onsite activities in Linthicum Heights, MD.

You will manage contractor personnel across enterprise IT operations, architecture, data, and security-related tasks, interfacing with Government stakeholders and subcontractors to deliver mission-critical outcomes. Requirements include TopSecret/SCI clearance, PMP certification, and proven ability to drive multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, and

Qualifications

Active TopSecret/SCI clearance.
Active PMP certification.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
Experience managing requirements, schedules, risks, dependencies, and performance.
Strong written and verbal communication with senior Government/stakeholder teams.
Ability to manage work across enterprise IT, architecture, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity.
8+ years in complex IT/cyber/enterprise programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide management and oversight of contractor personnel and assigned technical activities.
Coordinate work performed by prime contractor and subcontractor personnel.
Facilitate effective communication between Government stakeholders and contractor teams.
Track and document technical requirements, activities, risks, decisions, and performance.
Maintain visibility into execution for ongoing monitoring by stakeholders.
Ensure work meets quality, schedule, and technical requirements.
Coordinate enterprise architecture, data, infrastructure, and related activities.
Support financial and business processes of program execution.
Identify issues before they impact mission execution.
