Job summary

Inflow is seeking a Security Program Manager with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to lead and oversee a security program across DoD and related agencies at the Linthicum Heights site. The role requires SFPC certification and at least 3 years of relevant leadership experience, with responsibilities spanning government communications, performance oversight, and financial processes.

The position supports government and contractor teams, applying industry standards to ensure continuous monitoring

Qualifications

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
SFPC certification required.
3 years of experience in the last 10 years managing a security program of similar size and complexity.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Government and Contractor communications.
Track and document requirements and activities to enable continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government, ensuring tasks meet performance requirements.
Ensure high quality and efficiency of the Contractor’s performance.
Assist Government with financial and business processes of performance requirements (excluding inherently Governmental functions).
Have authority to make decisions for the Contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments.
Proactively alert Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitations.
Other duties as assigned.
