Inflow NS in Linthicum Heights, Maryland seeks a security program manager with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to oversee contractor security activities for DoD and other agencies. You will coordinate Government and contractor communications, document requirements for continuous monitoring, and ensure performance quality.

The role also includes supporting financial and business processes and exercising decision authority to address contractual issues.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• SFPC certification required.
• 3 years of experience managing a security program of similar size and complexity within the last 10 years.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Government and Contractor communications.
• Track and document requirements and activities for continuous monitoring and evaluation.
• Ensure the Contractor’s performance meets quality and efficiency standards.
• Assist the Government with financial and business processes of the performance requirements.
• Have the authority to make decisions for the Contractor’s organization in response to Government issues.
• Proactively alert the Government to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
