Job summary

HDR, in Omaha, seeks a Senior Program Manager – Design and Deployment to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity, spanning planning, execution, and governance across multiple disciplines.

You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects, develop program management plans, assure QA/QC, and supervise HDR and partner teams to meet contract commitments and drive value.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• PE license and PMP PgMP certifications preferred.
• Experience with large capital infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with DB/DBFOM/EPC delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects to ensure program success.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across disciplines.
• Develop and implement program management plans, startup plans, and work plans.
• Manage HDR and subconsultant teams, ensuring contract scope and QA/QC standards.
