Responsibilities

• Own the studio master schedule, integrating milestones and workflows across multiple teams.
• Prioritize studio work for business impact and partner with leadership to align roadmaps.
• Design and operate a studio warning system to identify at‑risk initiatives.
• Own problem‑solving and drive practical solutions to keep projects on track and prevent crunch.
• Lead the selection and implementation of studio‑wide tools, establish cross‑studio communication and control milestone reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Producer, Project Manager or equivalent, preferably in entertainment, gaming, or consumer products.
• Proven ability to manage interconnected schedules and dependencies across multiple teams with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong systems thinker with a bias toward pragmatic, human‑centered solutions.
• Comfort operating with influence rather than authority in collaborative, creative environments.
• Knowledge of trading card games, collectible fandoms, or tabletop gaming; passion for Disney is a plus. BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred.
