Job summary

Ravensburger North America, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Product Development leader to manage the PDP for game products from kickoff through production samples. You will own schedules, coordinate with licensors, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while coordinating translation and editing as needed.

The role requires strong collaboration across internal and external contacts, plus experience maintaining reporting tools. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, online portals, and Excel is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product development or a complex project environment, project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, ACP) or equivalent experience.
• A strong team player mindset with excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, comfortable with online portals and social media; knowledge of HTML and advanced Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from execution kickoff to delivery of production samples.
• Responsible for all schedule development, stakeholder meetings and communication, on-time and in-budget project completion, licensor submissions, and production coordination.
• Manage rolling changes, spare parts requests, and special projects, coordinating product needs beyond the PD team's expertise, including translation and editing.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000 USD
