This is what we need you for

The Fan Event Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Ravensburgers Trading Card Game Fan Experiences across North America and international markets. Reporting to the Senior Fan Event Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating community-focused events, convention activations, retail programs, and fan engagement initiatives that strengthen player connections and grow the global community.

The ideal candidate combines strong event management skills with a passion for creating exceptional fan experiences. They are highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in both strategic planning and hands-on event execution environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute fan-facing eventsincluding convention activations, retail programs, community gatherings, and promotional experiences; own assigned events from initial planning through post-event reporting and analysis.
  • Manage event operations and logistics, including timelines, project plans, venue coordination, production schedules, shipping and fulfillment, staffing plans, inventory, signage, event assets, and onsite execution support.
  • Support player engagement and fan-facing experiencesby coordinating VIP guests, gathering community feedback and insights, and fostering positive relationships with retailers, event partners, and regional teams.
  • Coordinate with venues, agencies, production vendors, and external partnersto track milestones, manage communications, support contract-related planning, and ensure consistent event execution across global markets.
  • Track budgets, expenses, attendance, engagement metrics, and program performance; maintain accurate documentation; develop post-event reports and recommendations; and analyze feedback and outcomes to measure event success and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including occasional weekends and international travel.
  • Salary Range: $ 86,000 to $102,000 USD
