Job summary

GDH is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex IT and infrastructure programs. You will provide governance, operational rigor, and financial accountability while aligning stakeholders across client and internal teams.

This fully remote role requires proven leadership of large programs and the ability to foster growth in project managers and coordinators, with a focus on value delivery and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with 5+ years leading large IT or infrastructure programs.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery aligned with client strategy and outcomes.
• Drive clarity in ambiguous environments by shaping strategy and guiding decisions.
• Develop and implement governance structures tailored to program needs.
• Manage program resourcing and align personnel with priorities.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Build trusted relationships with sponsors, owners, clients, and teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to maintain momentum.
• Oversee schedules, scope, resources, and critical path analyses.
• Lead and develop project managers and coordinators.
• Manage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
