Job summary

Huge is seeking a Director of Program Delivery to lead our program management efforts, refine processes, and partner with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality products for clients.

You will guide multi-year, multi-stream engagements, mentor teams, manage risk and change, and ensure client expectations are met while advancing design and UX excellence. This remote role within the United States reports to the Program Delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to structure and lead large, multi-year engagements with parallel work streams.
• Experience presenting strategic concepts to clients on a regular basis.
• Understanding of web/app development lifecycle and current technologies including AR/VR and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts and refine ways of working across disciplines.
• Mentor and manage a team; foster talent and accountability.
• Set and manage client expectations; ensure satisfaction across stakeholders.
• Oversee long-term, multi-stream engagements with multiple tracks and teams.
• Drive program-level goals and solutions that impact individual streams and the program.
