Job summary

GDH is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead technology and business transformation initiatives in a fully remote role based in the United States. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications to deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods, plus proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Smartsheet. GDH offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience delivering technology and/or business transformation initiatives.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Monitor progress and address risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Facilitate executive-level communications, status reports, and steering meetings.
