Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or related field
• 10+ years progressive experience in a related field
• Minimum 5 years active Program Management experience
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience
• Experience with Financial Customers
• 1–3 years in sales/business development preferred
• Salesforce CRM experience
• Experience managing budgets and financials for large programs
• Understand contract process and negotiation leadership
• Experience across multi-site/global environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Defines and implements governance and controls across the program with status reporting and risks management
• Manages program milestones, risks, issues, and decisions
• Staffs and resources the program across leads and teams
• Drives executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the program
• Ensures alignment of the program to the statement of work
• Leads onboarding/offboarding of resources and liaises with executives
• Coaches PMs and project staff for quality and productivity
